Welcome to the banquet menu configurator. To make things easier, the suggested items that make up a ready-made set are pre-selected. You can quickly go through the menu, confirm the pre-selected modules, and submit the finished set to the event’s cost estimator — and of course keep a copy sent to your own email address. You can also freely check and uncheck individual items to build a completely custom menu.
Some items carry an extra charge — this is shown as a price higher than “0.” Items priced at “0” have no effect on the module price. Items with a value greater than “0” increase the price of the set. At the bottom of the page you’ll find a summary with the price for your selected set.
What matters? The banquet format
By default, all dishes selected for the set are available at the buffet. The banquet is usually preceded by a served dinner, whose menu is configured separately. We suggest starting dinner between 6:00–7:00 PM, opening the banquet buffet at 9:00 PM, and serving hot dishes — if included in the set — no later than 11:00 PM.
At the bottom of the page there’s a field for any additional requests or comments. Once the menu order is confirmed, it’s sent as a PDF to the email address provided.
